This box continues the series devoted to the Stokowski recordings for Capitol-EMI during the late fifties. The phonic of the original masters was particulary beautiful in order to give relief to the stereo sound as a new standard. In addition, the reperotire we are here proposing is very important: it is fully dedicated to the great works of the twentieth century, at that time little known or never registered.
