The selections on this disc are representative of a small, largely forgotten repertoire of solo and chamber pieces dating from the second half of the XIX Century until the 1930s. Many are, in Italy and abroad, the activities of study and research of the International Bass Clarinet Association, and numerous hare its supporter. A name among all is Stefano Cardo, fi rst bass clarinet at La Scala who, in occasion of this Albums, gathered Artists coming from prestigious international orchestras.
