Since 2007, VEIN have been playing music for many, not just for some. This music has the courage to break new ground yet takes care of tradition at the same time. In this spirit, VEIN regularly forge coalitions with Jazz greats of the older generation â^´ Dave Liebman, Glenn Ferris and Greg Osby, to name but a few. By contrast, VEIN's original tunes lead us to uncharted territories, develop existing ideas and inject them with new influences. Their strong song structures take turns with free passages that offer room for improvisation.VEIN has prepared for its candidacy by playing in countless European Clubs and at many festivals (Leipziger Jazztage, Jazzfestival Basel, Vilnius Jazz Festival , Odessa JazzFest, Jazz Onze+ Lausanne). The trio was received the world over - from Moscow to La Paz, from Chennai to Havana.
