The 3rd edition of the Art and Science Conference ‘Polish Chamber Music’ has just finished. Just like its previous iterations, it took place at the Art Academy in Szczecin. Its goal was to promote Polish chamber music, both past and contemporary. Once again we had the pleasure and honour to perform some world premieres of works, in their majority, composed specifically for this occasion. The works presented have been quite diverse, both in terms of line-ups, as well as the musical language and used resources. I’d like to thank the composers for their creative input and for entrusting us with their works; the artists for their commitment and joy of performing together. During the lectures and meetings new ideas were born, which we are already beginning to realize, and their crowning touches will happen during next year’s, fourth edition. (Wojciech Kolaczyk)
