Thomas Lüthi, Arne Huber and Claudio Strüby are an independent saxophone-bass-drums-trio, which is stylistically located in contemporary jazz. The three musicians consider their sound, which does without a harmony instrument, a challenge and basis for inventive creation. The musical process involves a continual break and transposition of the roles of both soloists and accompanists. Catchy compositions, deliberately kept simple, form the framework which grants the artists a high degree of individual creative space.
