RESTLESSLY QUIET CLEARLY INTRANSPARENT MUSIC StuckiMeiliPfammatter play both compositions of saxophonist Marc Stucki as well as improvisations born in the group. The result is full of contradiction and sometimes totally chaotic and unbelievably beautiful at the same time. The band acts at the border between groove music, avantgarde jazz and contemporary improvised music. No Answers: Looking for the silence in the noise, the groove underneath the chaos, a fragile lyricism and powerful solos - inviting the audience to take a mind trip to new questions and new answers. The new CD No Answers has been recorded in March 2008 at the Radiostudio Zurich, mixed and mastered in April 2008 at A-Trane Studios in Berlin. The album is going to be published by the label Unit Records on the 6th of February 2009. Marc Stucki has composed all the written material on No Answers in New York, where he was living for several months. The compositions are influenced by the city itself and by the music of Ellery Eskelin and Tim Berne.
