This music is made using contrasts, incisions and a broad stylistic spectrum in amagnificently playful manner. Not for one second is there any hint of tedium. Tremendously dense passages full of emotional urgency are followed by wonderful, harmonically fascinating pieces that openup an opposite world, rich in relaxed, highly melodic improvisations.
