Music consisting of structure and gesture - that's how composer and bandleader Sebastian Piskorz describes the music of his ensemble Pin Addix, which he formed in Berlin in 2010. The twelve pieces on Pin Addix's debut album "Point Zero" explore the energetic fields of a contemporary music in song, groove and minimalistic structures. The ensemble achieves it's very particular sound due to an orchestral treatment of the instruments and their variety of acoustic colours.
