It is but it's Not is the name of Peter Lenz' first album as a composer and bandleader. The record is going to be released on Unit Records Switzerland and comprises exclusively original compositions which can be classified as "contemporary jazz'. The music demonstrates diversity, moving between calm and melancholic ballads, deep going melodies and energetic rhythms. The band consists of five ambitious musicians who met in Graz, Austria but have since spread their wings to different parts of Europe, and perform under the name 'Silent Flow'. The sound created by this unique line-up, the musical skills of the band members and the richness of ideas in the compositions, promise an exciting listening experience.
