 La rencontre de Henryk Górecki, au Lerchenborg Festival (Danemark, 1984), avec Anne-Lill Ree, flûtiste norvégienne, marque le retour du compositeur à cet instrument, pour lequel il avait, en début de carrière, expérimenté la forme ouverte, avec une reconnaissance mitigée. For You, Anne-Lill, avec sa féroce partie centrale, ses répétitions persistantes, ses contrastes entre mélancolie et fureur, ses motifs ornithologiques quasi onomatopéiques, donne son nom (à juste titre) à ce disque qui rassemble, autour de la flûte et du piano, plusieurs grands noms de la musique polonaise. On y trouve ainsi les Trois Fragments (1953) de Witold Lutoslawski, initialement écrits pour flûte et harpe, pour le Théâtre Radiophonique Polonais, gracieuses miniatures pétillantes ; l’Hommage à Chopin (Suite Polonaise, 1949), d’Andrzej Panufnik, originellement arrangé pour soprano et piano, simplement charmant ; l’Intermezzo (Romantic Sonnet) pour flûte et piano (1954) de Piotr Perkowski, suspendu, à la tension non résolue ; la néoclassique Sonatine pour flûte et piano (1951) de Wojciech Kilar, classique et celle (1925) d’Alexandre Tansman, primesautière. Pour clore, minuscule pastille suspendue dans le temps, Misterioso for flute and piano (1954), à l’atmosphère impressionniste et hypnotique, témoigne d’une face peu connue de l’esthétique musicale de Krzysztof Penderecki. (Bernard Vincken) Agata Kielar-Dlugosz, recognized Polish flutist, graduate of solo studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich and postgraduate studies at the Hochschule für Musik in Weimar and Yale University in New Haven, winner of numerous music awards, presents a recital consisting of works by Polish composers whose work is rooted in various popular trends of the 20th century. These gems were created somewhat off the beaten track of the artistic activity of their creators, commonly associated with other forms and different instruments, which probably influenced the relatively low popularity of these works, of which Agata Kiela-Dlugosz and accompanying her at the piano Andrzej Jungiewicz decided to remind the music lovers in a very interesting interpretation.
