The album contains ten contemporary pieces for mixed choir, composed in the years 1982–2023 by Polish composers of different generations associated with the Lódz Academy of Music – from the oldest Jerzy Bauer to the youngest Piotr Grzelak. The chamber choir of the Lódz Academy of Music is accompanied by soloists-instrumentalists in selected compositions, so its sound is enriched with piano, marimba and tubular bells. Consequently, the whole gains a dynamic narrative – the enthusiasm of the young performers is also clearly felt, who, despite only two and a half years of the choir’s existence, have already received significant prizes and honourable mentions
