(M)odern, funky, bluesy, groovy, abstract and sometimes edgy - the sound of "Lukas Bosshard Organband".Three other musicians gather round the Hammond B3 played by Lukas Bosshard: on guitar the deftly dexterous Sandro Vestch(alias Sacho O'Fender), on vocals the wonderfully charismatic Sarah Cantina and on drums groove master Dani Schmid.These four musicians have been meeting up regularly since 2010 for jams, gigs and sessions and in this time have collectivelybirthed an original, raw, authentic, unmistakable Organband sound. The song material ist almost exclusively written by LukasBosshard and deals with contemporary harmonies, modern grooves and new avenues of improvisation technique. The newrecord "bones" will hit the shelves early 2016 and should sound meaty enough. The band currently has a regular live slot everyThursday at the "Neustadt" club in Schaffhausen and continues to improvise itself onwards.
