We present to you an album containing works composed in the span of five centuries. This diversity of epochs and style is connected by a common beauty, created by drawing inspiration from sacral, contemplative, ardent, etheric and dramatic texts. We hope that the passion-filled performances of the employees, students and associates of the Music Institute of the University of Zielona Góra, brings out the depth and warmth of the lyrics, music and the composers’ intentions. With great pleasure and humility we would like to share these musical beauties with the audience.
