The trio Ionisation presents its first release with the album 'Galen'. 'Galen' is also the high alpine plateau where Imhof has been spending the last six summers as an alpine shepherd.The loneliness, the force of nature and the sensitivity of a human being versus the subtleties are characteristics that flow into the music. The numbers are practically all original compositions that are shaped by influences from jazz, folk, world and free improvisation.
