COVERS IN JAZZ The story of the "Ghost Town Trio" starts in the beginning of 2009 with a 3 month engagement in a Techno-Bar - formerly a Night Club - in the middle of Zurich's red light district. Like hungry vultures, the 3 musicians pounce upon Pop hits to transform them into new interpretation and improvisation. The idea allows to plunder commercial pop music, reaching from early Elvis to Rock classics and Techno tracks. Quite often, the shubidubida songs get on the musicians nerves... The "Ghost Town Trio" strikes back, as an echo, additional commentary, a horrific howl in the empty alleys of the Ghost Town.
