"Choro", traditionally called "chorinho" (little cry), is one of Brazil's most popular music genres. Unlike its name, the rhythm is cheerful and rather fast. Musicians often meet for jam sessions called "rodas de choro", which are characterised by virtuosity and improvisation. Once the "choro" is in full swing people show their enjoyment by cheering "Deu Choro". It therefore lends itself nicely to the title of this album.With original arrangements and mostly their own compositions, the band presents their first CD bringing you the creativity, colour, charm and happiness of Brazil.
