The recorder sonatas by Georg Philipp Telemann, George Frideric Handel and Johann Sebastian Bach are among the most popular pieces of their kind, the sonatas for harpsichord by Johann Adolph Hasse and Johann Gottlieb Goldberg enjoy the highest recognition today.
