One voice, one double bass and a multitude of tiny tone poems - these are vocalist Andreas Schaerer's and bassist Bänz Oester's tools. What transpires is simply staggering: the listener can't fail to be carried along by this seamless artistry. The vocal virtuoso Schaerer quotes from classical to yodel via countertenor and beatbox, encompassing more or less anything conceivable; facing him is Bänz Oester, one of Europe's most masterful and virtuoso double bassists.
