Felicja Blumental’s 1957 recording of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No.1 in B-­-flat minor (Op.23) is being issued on vinyl by legacy record label Brana Records. The LP, due out 2 September, is intended to cater for the growing interest in vinyl records and has been produced on 180g vinyl in an effort to preserve its fidelity. In keeping with the rest of the catalogue, the cover will feature original artwork by Blumental’s husband Markus Mizne.
